Betsy Bellantoni’s niche in real estate is working with buyers and builders on new home construction projects.
Working with buyers to choose their new home’s colors and carpets, add special features, and advise them through unexpected issues that often occur creates a special bond between the buyers and the agent that Betsy values.

“I get to know them—their preferences and their ‘deal breakers’—as the process unfolds. And, I truly enjoy helping them negotiate problems if and when they occur. There’s no other real estate transaction more satisfying that offers this kind of bond or these kinds of opportunities to work with buyers. They know I go the extra mile—even after settlement, once they move in, and realize issues a builder may have missed in the final punch list.
Plus, I enjoy working with the builders—getting to know their personalities and how best to present the buyers’ preferences and concerns. After 25 years, the builders I’ve worked with count on me to represent them accurately, showcase special features or options available to buyers, and alert buyers to what might not be available, feasible, or affordable. People know where they can find me every Sunday–showing new homes during open houses.”
A graduate of Boyertown High School where she was named captain of the cheerleaders and elected president of Future Teachers of America, Betsy returned from residences in Toms River, New Jersey, Los Angeles, California, Chicago, Illinois, and Rehoboth, Delaware with her husband to enjoy country living and Pennsylvania German food.
Since 1970 Betsy has been part of Ironstone Creek Company sewing Christmas ornaments to sell at local festivals like Boyertown’s Belsnickel Festival and retail and quilt stores in New Hope, New Jersey; and Intercourse, PA. Large orders keep her sewing every minute, late into autumn nights as she anticipates lines of customers waiting to purchase their favorite ornaments—festively decorated ice cream cones, strawberries, rabbits, and pigs.
