Nick Hastings sees himself as a co-pilot. While clients are in the driver’s seat, he knows that buying or selling a home or property—a family’s most valuable asset—is at once exhilarating and daunting.
And he also knows that providing his clients with research-backed information will be a critical factor for them in making smart decisions comfortably.
As co-pilot, that’s his job!
He’s there for clients—aware of what is around the next corner, compassionate and knowledgeable about his client’s needs and expectations—making sure the transaction is successful and smooth.
Nick works from Team Zuber’s Royersford office. He is a 2011 Owen J. Roberts graduate, who earned his business management degree from Moravian College and cites “Kronk,” his 3-year-old, 130-pound Cane Corso, as his inspiration for earning his real estate license.
The Importance of Finding the Right Home
He learned, because of Kronk, how important it was to find the right home. He explains, “Before I bought my home, I had only been renting an apartment, but with my 20-pound puppy slowly turning into a 130-pound monster I realized I quickly needed to finally find a home to match. The process of buying a home got me hooked.”
For Nick, there is no better privilege than being the co-pilot—a resource and guide in the journey toward a successful transaction—seeing his clients, their families…and their dogs—large or small–settling into the home of their dreams.
